1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Acre36 you agree to these terms. If you use Acre36 on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity of the members you invite into your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Acre36: no unlawful listings, no scraping, no attempts to access another workspace, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.

4. Your content

Property, lead and document records you add remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them so we can provide the service.

5. Availability

We work to keep Acre36 available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Planned maintenance may cause short interruptions.

6. Fees and cancellation

Any subscription fees, billing cycle and refund rules will be described at sign-up. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Acre36 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
